Whether you’re discovering the magic of Pinefest for the first time or returning as a cherished regular, this year’s festivities promise to deliver an unforgettable experience filled with laughter, connection, and adventure.

BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY DECORATING

See what your favourite Yeppoon businesses and shops have in store. Yeppoon businesses can get in on the act by decorating their shops and offices in the lead-up to the big event. Who will be good enough to be in the centre ring?

BEACHFRONT ENTERTAINMENT

Beachfront fun and entertainment has something for everyone! Come and check out the local talent performing centre stage throughout the day. Amusement rides will also await you!

MARKETS

Local food vendors, artisan arts and crafts and much more will adorn the Yeppoon Main Beach on Saturday 17th October, between 11.30 am to 8.00 pm.

STREET PARADE

A hightlight of the day will be the annual Street Parade. Entrance to the street parade is free!

This is the chance to make the big time and show off your creativity. Vehicles big and small, powered and human powered… What will you bring Under the Big Top this year?

The parade runs along the main street (James Street) from 3pm to 4pm with no registration form or fee, simply join the fun!

Floats are requested to marshal at the western end of James St from 2pm with judging from 2.15pm.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a no trace event, which requires all participants to take home, all items.

SAFETY MEASURES: Parade entry conditions include that no missiles of any kind are thrown such as flour and water bombs. All elements of your float must be secured to reduce risk of items flying away/impact on the environment. Water jets of any kind may not be sprayed at crowds along the parade route. All parade items to keep moving at a minimum of 3 km per hour. No semi-trailers are able to participate due to the turning circle.

FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA

The grand finale of Pinefest showcases the breathtaking Fireworks Extravaganza. Come along at the end of the fun-packed day to see a dazzling display at 7.30pm.
